Unit 2: A Century of Vision, A Decade of Impact: Einstein School of Asia UK – Oxfordshire International College of Professionals
(INSTITUTION HISTORY SINCE 2016 )
Guided by the vision and humanity of Albert Einstein, born in Ulm, Germany, whose wisdom reminds us that “Education is what remains after one has forgotten what one has learned in school,” our institution commenced in 2016 as a distinguished training centre for business and management, offering education at accessible rates.
From the outset, it was founded as a movement to provide learning for all, complemented by book distributions to underprivileged children and adults, demonstrating a strong commitment to societal advancement.
The founder, a licensed government educator with over 30 years of service in the Department of Education, was supported by co-founders with expertise in journalism, radio, and television broadcasting, alongside doctoral-level academics in education and school management. These pioneers established the ethos of rigour, professionalism, and excellence that continues to define the institution.
We hold firm to the principle that learning should be available to all, regardless of circumstance, for, as Einstein observed, “The value of a man resides in what he gives and not in what he is capable of receiving.” Today, the College is recognised as one of the world’s largest institutions delivering QR-coded lessons on a blended platform, certified over 60,000 students on executive courses and comprehensive career development programmes. As a for-profit social enterprise, it enables learners to study any subject, anywhere, at any time, without leaving their home country or professional duties. All courses are developed by subject matter experts from education, business, industry, and government, combining academic excellence with practical application.
To maintain global credibility, courses are benchmarked against Ofqual and CPD-accredited standards, incorporating materials from leading universities. Graduates who earn an Einstein Certificate or International Diploma gain knowledge that is recognised, career-focused, and internationally respected. As Einstein reminds us, “Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.”
In 2018, amid post-Brexit adjustments in the UK under Theresa May, the USA under Donald Trump, and expanding digital economies across Asia and Africa, the College launched a language programme. By 2019, during significant global developments including the UK general election, executive and corporate leadership curricula, 21st-century courses, and an accelerated MBA programme featuring the Astute Management Course were introduced.
On 18 July 2019, the College was formally incorporated in England and Wales, with its prestigious London address in Shelton, Covent Garden, and registered with the UK Register of Learning Providers (UKRLP). On 1 November 2019, the Graduate School logo was officially presented, alongside postgraduate programmes including the Master in Entrepreneurship and Executive MBA.
During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the College launched the Einstein School of Genomic Medicine, enrolling Doctors of Medicine actively serving in the field. In May 2020, Laura Cornelius, a course presenter from BBC and Sky News London, led select virtual sessions. That month, the College also incorporated materials from Harvard, MIT, Princeton, ETH Zürich, UC Berkeley, and Imperial College London.
Additional initiatives included Executive Education programmes (M.E.E.D.) in Global Strategy, Pharmaceutical Development, Political Affairs and Public Governance, Digital Media Broadcasting, and Business Venture Development, alongside the Einstein Mini-MBA, delivered over 21 instructional days across six months. The cohort learning model ensures collaborative engagement, peer mentorship, and professional networking. Other programmes launched included the Doctor of Business Administration, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and Diplomas in Pharmaceutical Medicine, Management, and Imageneering, the latter focusing on the design of theme parks and immersive entertainment experiences.
By 2024, the College introduced QR-coded courses and podcasts, further enhancing global accessibility. In 2025, Ofqual-regulated diploma programmes reinforced academic standards.
In 2026, the institution formally evolved into the Einstein School of Asia UK – Oxfordshire International College of Professionals, a reflection of distinguished service, innovation, and commitment to excellence, guided continually by the enduring wisdom of Albert Einstein.
